Companies both large and small across all industries are at risk, so it is critically important to know how to prepare for and manage modern cyber risk.  How was the insurance industry evolved to address cyber risks?  Lauri Floresca, an expert on cyber insurance will discuss:

  • Categories of cyber risk – data breach, stolen trade secrets, business interruption, cyber extortion
  • Limitations of standard commercial insurance policies
  • The evolution of specialized cyber insurance policies
    •    Who needs them
    •    What is covered
    •    What are the gaps
  • The process of obtaining cyber insurance
  • Real-life claim examples
