Collaborative Problem Solving aka Herding Cats
If you've ever attempted to solve a problem with other people and found yourself hopelessly off track, this session is for you. There are inherent challenges in bringing people together to advance an initiative. The good news is that the challenges are predictable and there are steps you can take to leverage the available brainpower and lead your group to concerted action. Beth O'Neill, leadership consultant, coach and facilitator leads us through this very practical workshop. You will leave with a framework to align people to take concerted action. Come with a challenge that you would be willing to share with one other person.
Beth O'Neill is a leadership coach, consultant, and facilitator. For the past 25 years, she has worked with teams to help them develop their collaborative capability. Her clients present a variety of industries in the Bay Area and beyond. A Connecticut native, she has lived in the Bay Area for 30 years.
